1. Responsible for the electrical R&D of the company\'s lithium battery PACK, including the R&D of energy storage battery systems and low-speed power battery packs, as well as pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the electrical system of lithium battery projects;
2. Familiar with various conventional lithium battery performances, electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, and electrical component selection. Familiar with various protection boards for lithium batteries, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of common BMS solutions. Possess the ability to analyze and verify electronic circuit fault issues;
3. It can predict the risks in the process of product electrical implementation, effectively prevent and avoid problems, overcome difficulties and resistance in the execution process, effectively solve problems, and ensure the smooth progress of work tasks;
4. Responsible for communicating technical design information with clients, participating in the experimental development of new products, selecting electrical components, and conducting related tests;
5. Can be responsible for the preparation of technical plans, system BOM configuration, and the compilation of feasibility study documents during the early stages of the project.

1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in mechanical design, sheet metal stamping, die casting, aluminum extrusion, plastic molding, or related majors;
2. Candidates with at least three years of experience as a manager in the design of PACK battery modules or new energy battery products are preferred;
3. Understand the standards of the energy storage industry, be familiar with the processing and post-treatment techniques of various engineering materials and metal materials, and possess extensive knowledge in material mechanics;
4. Familiar with product development processes and possess experience in product development and mass production introduction;
5. Proficient in using common design software such as CAD and PRO/E.
